Guys are honest do excellent work. Been going to Baumgart for years. Just had them install my Borla S-Type exhaust. They did an amazing job and super fast. Very happy.

I have brought multiple vehicles to this shop and had repairs completed correctly within the first or second visit. However, my experience with my 1995 Grand Marquis has been extremely frustrating. I originally brought the vehicle in for what appeared to be a simple issue involving the mass air flow sensor. Despite being told the sensor had been replaced multiple times, along with another related component, the issue continued to persist. After bringing the vehicle in approximately five separate times for the same problem, I was finally informed that the PCM was actually defective. At that point, I was told a replacement PCM would be located and ordered within a few days. After waiting four to five days without any update, I called to ask about the status of the part, only to be informed that it had not even been ordered yet. I then requested the PCM code so I could potentially locate the correct part myself and help speed up the process. During the phone call, I was suddenly told that a PCM had already been found, so I agreed to have it ordered. After spending approximately 45 minutes waiting at the shop for installation, I was informed that the incorrect PCM had been ordered.

So grateful for Ben & Josh with their customer service, service on my vehicle, and the turnaround time. I’m from out of state and looking for a reliable place in the area is always tricky. So grateful for them, highly recommend!

MY EXPERIENCE HERE AT BAUMGART WAS GREAT! I LOVE THE FACT THAT HE WAS HONEST AND LETTING ME KNOW THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE 3 HOURS TO DO MY SPRING SHOCKS AND BAR. AS I WAITED IN THEIR WAITING ROOM, OTHER CUSTOMERS WAS COMING IN AND OUT AND THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF SO FAST AND WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE IT WAS AMAZING! TO ME MORE SO BECAUSE, IT WAS AN AUTO SHOP WHERE YOU WOULD THINK SOMEBODY IS GOING TO HAVE SOME KIND OF COMPLAINT ABOUT SOMETHING! BUT THERE WAS NO ONE COMPLAINING AND I'M TALKING ABOUT, THE MEN WORKING THERE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND IN EXPLAINING DETAILED OF WHAT'S WHAT EXPLANATION POINT AND I LOOKED ON THE WALL THEY HAVE THEIR PICTURE FRAMED FROM WHEN THEY FIRST BEGAN WITH PRICES OF A BATTERY COSTING $19 TIRES FOR $31 FOR TWO TIRES. IT WAS A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME!!! AND IT WAS $90 LESSER THAN WHAT THE ESTIMATE WAS WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THE JOB! IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU GO THERE FOR I RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO TO BAUMGART! YOU WILL GET THE BEST FOR YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU WENT! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR TIRE / AUTO SERVICE GOES HAND-IN-HAND! AND I REALLY LOVE ALL THE ENCOUNTERING THAT I HAD WITH THE OTHER CUSTOMERS, EVERYONE WAS SO HAPPY A

Took my 2020 f350 dually here for tires to be mounted and tps replaced and alignment. We'll have been back there three times and alignment is still not right. Wheel is off center and has a shake in the front end. But they say its good to go. Definitely not good to go. Don't use this place for anything as if u can't get an.. alignment right when a machine tells u what to do. How can u be trusted to fix anything correctly. Worst place to get stuff done since the kidtook it over. Mike wouldn't have let my truckgo outlikethat. Run this place has gone down the crapper. Will not be using them again. As now I have to take my truck somewhere else and pay for another alignment due to this places inability to perform a proper alignment. Agine run. All they want is your Money. Professional scammers!! Update... ben took my truck over the weekend and figured it out. Installed the part that he paid for and got the alignment a world better than it was before. At no cost. Even thought the part he replaced was brand-new from auto zone. It was bad.2 in a row. Ben u are amazing and I definitely will continue to use u guys. Thanks for making it right and most importantly correcting the issue and
